Return & Refund Policy

At Carben Supply Co., we take pride in the products we make and sell. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, color preferences, or ordering the wrong item.

This applies to:

DTF transfers and gang sheets
Custom apparel and personalized products
Ready-made shirts, hats, and accessories
Torn Oath Apparel products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered due to an error on our part, please contact us at orders@carbensupplyco.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product.

We will review the issue and, when confirmed, provide an appropriate replacement, correction, or refund at no additional cost.

Please do not return any products without contacting us first.

Custom Orders & DTF Transfers

Customers are responsible for reviewing their artwork, spelling, sizing, colors, and order details before submitting an order.

Artwork is printed as submitted unless design adjustments or artwork services have been specifically agreed upon.

We are not responsible for errors contained in customer-approved artwork, including spelling mistakes, incorrect dimensions, low-resolution images, or other issues present in the submitted file.

Printed colors may vary slightly from digital screens.

DTF transfers must be applied using appropriate equipment, temperatures, pressure, and application instructions. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage, application, or pressing after delivery.
